The Bender is heavily raked with a narrow surface area near the tip, enabling the fin to flex or bend through the turn, adding extra whip and release to your turns.  From mini simmons single fins to mid-lengths and longboards - the bender is suited to most conditions, but really comes into its own in steeper face waves with top to bottom surfing.  When you go on a bender, make sure you anticipate the whip, it'll come when you least expect it!
 
This fin is made of one of the more traditional construction materials - full fiberglass. The process involves laying up multiple layers of fiberglass cloth and resin and then foiling the shape of the fin to the desired template.  Fiberglass fins are generally stronger and are also the stiffest fin in our range.  Fins with less flex will react quickly and allow you to load up and push hard!
